1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 88king ("88king," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 88king online gaming platform accessible at 88king.bid and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 88king Platform without prior written consent from 88king.

8. Limitation of Liability
